"Delta State Police Command Launches Search for Missing 17-Year-Old Boy, Ola Edun Emmanuel"


In a statement released on Tuesday, May 16, DSP Bright Edafe, the spokesperson for the command, expressed concern over the disappearance of a teenager. According to Edafe, the young individual, identified as Ola Edun Emmanuel, left his home on March 29, 2023, with the intention of collecting his matriculation gown from the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun in Uvwie LGA. Unfortunately, he has not been seen since that day, and all attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.


The statement provided a description of Emmanuel, stating that he is 17 years old, approximately 5 feet tall, has no tribal marks, possesses a dark complexion, and speaks English fluently. The authorities shared a photograph of the missing teenager alongside the announcement.


DSP Bright Edafe urged anyone with any information regarding Emmanuel's whereabouts to contact the following phone numbers: 08085300569, the Ebrumede Division, PPRO's office in Asaba (09155570007 or 09155570008), or the nearest police station. The police are actively seeking assistance from the public to help locate the missing individual.
